we arrived at 8:20 and when we got to our seats i said. "O! NO!...
 ....i was in the last row my back was by the wall.... ...tm charged us $360. for 3 tix...those were $67. seats.....i told my friends were going to move and they said they were happy with their seats.......so i kindly told them that i was going to move & that i would meet up after the show...it was now 8:35...i knew in 15 min she would be ascending...so my mission began  i wanted to sit by where the balloons would fall..all i wanted was 1 balloon, not for myself because i was fortunate enough to have recieve from la cubes (thank you girl)...it was for a really nice guy that is an iconer & has a heart full of so much light....  i remember la cubes was going to be sitting in sec 44, so i went looking ..with no success, i was scoping the seats & they asked me to go back to my seat ...so i walked back to sec 94 where i sat for the 7/2 show and as soon as i got there the lights went dark & everyone got up so i moved quickly down the stairs and stood there screaming as the discoball was coming down....then towards the middle of future lovers someone tapped me on the shoulder & it was security......soooo i quickly ran up the steps and went right and like 2 sections over i noticed steps leading all the way down to the floor  ...by this time she was singing "i feel love"...i moved quickly down & noticed 2 empty seats in the2nd row so i slide in and began dancing and screaming...... i was literally 2ft. away from the floor...i was on the asle, i had a great view of the show...purfect, i decided i would stay till the right moment then i would continue my mission to my left, i met the 2 nicest guys and they offered to buy me champaigne and i said "sure! lets party!".... ....5 drinks later...the music to disco inferno was about to start & i knew it was time to make my move...i said my goodbyes & thank you & as i began dancing i went down the stairs made a left, then a right & i knew there was no turning back...i got to the last row of pod B & there were 4 empty seats & madonna was just coming out from the floor in her white suit....YAY!!!!........she started coming down the runway & i started coming down the isle when this cute security asked me to go back to my seat ...so i went back....by now she is on the mini stage and i made my move again and there was an empty seat in the last isle of pod A... .....when the cute security passed i tapped him and asked "if he would let me get a balloon for my daughter and he smiled at me and said sure and he grabbed my hand took me the first row in pod A..... right next to the seat...madonna was on the mini stage & the dancers were skating around her I could see her diamond eyelashes, her flawless skin and her beautiful face...OMFG!!! i was 6 ft from the queen!!!!.....i could see that madonna was having a fantastic time,,,she really loves what she does...i knew this was my last show...it was such an emotional night for me, my dream had come true........the erotica set was amazing....hung up began and i knew it was time & i knew it would be all over soon, the the balloons began to fall & the security took my hand & said go get your daughters balloon & winked at me....i got the balloon & i moved towards the mini stage & she was there, singing "time goes by so slowly" and as she started walking back to the main stage i thank the cute security and made my way quickly to the exit and as i got there i heard those 6 words "I'M TIRED OF WAITING ON YOU" and tears just rolled down my face....tears of happiness as for it was a proper farewell.... until next time my lady M |

Awwww!!!! Glad that you made your way to the floor!!!! That is awesome! Chrissy didn't go to the July 18th show... so that's why you didn't see her there!

awesome story lauren!! i was there too!!! i shoulda moved up, but didnt...the view wasnt bad from my seats at all, i just like being as close as possible to madonna to feel her energy

the 7/2 show was by far the best, this show was more emotional, when she sat on the steps and started speaking you can tell that her words were sincere and not just an act...unforgettable...she really loves new york
